Shipping Policy

At checkout you may be presented with a flat shipping rate that was generated for your individual order. Your order will be shipped out promptly, typically with a signature required for delivery, so that we can ensure a more secure delivery.

At checkout you may be presented with a variety of shipping rates that are generated for your individual order. How your order is shipped, with which carrier, and at what level of expense; is up to you, the customer.

We do ship internationally. If a shipping rate is not generated for your order, or you think the rate is in error (ie: too expensive), please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your iced tea order to be processed.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your merchandise order to be processed. Merchandise is shipped separately, please refer to Shipping Policy, Section 5 (Merchandise), for more information.

All Merchandise is fulfilled separately from Iced Tea. Merchandise orders are shipped directly from our third party on-demand printer’s warehouse(s), which are located in USA, Canada, & Europe (depending on the item). Depending on the “Ship From” location, there may be duties that you will need to pay in order to receive your Merchandise item (which is determined on an item by item basis).

We do not process orders on Canadian statutory holidays or Nova Scotia provincial holidays, so that our employees can spend time with their families.

When/if we have a large volume of orders, it may take longer than usual for us to process your order and send tracking information. We do try to get it out the door as fast as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

If there is a problem with your order, please refer to our Refund Policy.

If your package was lost in transit. We will promptly file a claim with the courier, and send out a replacement right away.

Carrier claims can take up to ten (10) business days to complete.
